Roscoe Construction Limited, established in 1966, is located in Cambridge, Kings County, Nova Scotia. We operate primarily in agricultural, commercial, industrial and institutional construction throughout the Annapolis Valley region and South Shore. Over the years we have evolved through an ever changing industry by committing to the highest standard of quality.

We have a well established management team many of whom are Construction Administration Technologist, CSA-Gold Seal Certified and have Quantity Surveyor accreditation.

Kenneth Charles Roscoe, President

Kenneth Charles Roscoe, born and raised in the Annapolis Valley, has always had the desire to build. In 1963 with his Volkswagen Bug and utility trailer in tow Ken began his career as a carpenter fresh out of trade school. He formed Roscoe Construction Limited in 1966 and he continues to be the driving force behind the company’s success.

Roscoe Construction’s first contract was to build a medical center in Berwick, NS valued at $10,000. Over the years Ken’s ideas for construction, demand for quality and promise of client satisfaction have shaped the company’s reputation and provided the foundation upon which Roscoe Construction operates today.
