Roscoe Construction is a leader in poultry barn construction. Over the years we have worked with many local farmers with their development, design and construction of numerous poultry barns including breeder barns, broiler barns and chicken hatcheries.
Roscoe Construction has worked extensively in the agricultural sector and our experience extends beyond the typical barn construction into other projects such as dairy barns, potato storage buildings, agricultural processing facilities, renovations and construction of grain centres, including the installation of grain silos and silo foundations.

Churches
Roscoe Construction has been involved with a wide range of church projects in the past; everything from renovations and additions to new construction of churches. Many older churches require upgrades for wheelchair accessibility and barrier free access. We have the experience and knowledge to assist churches in achieving these upgrades in a cost-effective manner. Our design-build team has the ability to work with a church committee to design and build new facilities from the ground up.

Commercial
Roscoe Construction is committed to delivering quality construction on time and on budget for their clients. We have been renovating and constructing different commercial projects since 1966 and the list of the different types is long: retail store fit-ups, restaurants, strip malls, big box stores, indoor soccer facilities, office buildings, apartment buildings, automobile dealerships, warehouses, and vehicle and equipment storage buildings. Essentially, we are capable and confident that we can build whatever structure meets our client’s needs.

Roscoe Construction has gained experience and expertise in working on a wide variety of industrial projects over the years. Our portfolio includes sewer treatment facilities, pulp & paper mills, and a multitude of renovations and expansions to many of the valley’s industrial operations.

Institutional
Roscoe Construction has been constructing institutional facilities throughout parts of Nova Scotia for years. We have constructed numerous schools utilizing both conventional and tilt-up construction methods, renovated hospitals and rehabilitation facilities, and have constructed nursing home facilities.
