Great ideas often start with a client’s napkin sketches and a list of requirements. Roscoe’s design-build team is structured to meet all the client’s needs from the first consultation, through the design and construction, until the building is complete. With design-build construction we begin with assembling our team consisting of estimators, project managers and our design technician. Once the type of construction is determined we choose the appropriate architect and engineering team to work with to design and engineer the complete project. This method of construction allows our clients to work closely with us, to insure the fastest design and construction time in the most cost-effective way of completing the project, while insuring all their needs are met.
Roscoe Construction has the ability, with our in house management and design team, earthwork equipment, and our own skilled tradespeople, to build your project from the ground up.
